In honor of my beautiful and precious, "Perfect Paige," I am raising money to help support this wonderful cause and Organization. They are truly inspiring in their approach and offer hope when there are not many places to turn to for it. They also inspire inclusion during a time when exclusion and hate are more accepted than understanding is; understanding for those of us that live with this each and every day, and understanding that Autism is more than just a disability. Autism is a way of life, and a reality for those that suffer from it each and every day. Autism not only effects those that have it. Autism effects those families and loved ones that surround it.

Your help directly supports the innovative research and programs at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) to revolutionize clinical care and support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families from infancy through adulthood. CHOP makes a difference. CHOP cares for more than 10,000 patients with autism each year in almost every clinical area, and teams from our Center for Autism Research and Autism Integrated Care Program – which include rehabilitation therapists, developmental pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, geneticists, psychiatrists, advance practice nurses, social workers, computer scientists and many others – have led breakthroughs for children and families, from making earlier diagnosis possible to improving therapies and access to services. They can create a breakthrough for every child. By providing the necessary resources to thought leaders, they can advance scientific breakthroughs that support an individualized approach to support the unique needs of each patient, at each stage of life.
Donate and help support groundbreaking and innovative autism research and care programs. 100%, of participant-raised funds will go directly towards autism research and/or programs at CHOP. Together, we shift from autism awareness to action.
