Isaac's mom, Bea, became blind at the age of 7 and has experienced firsthand the staggering unemployment rate of 70% that persists among the blind and visually impaired communities. Mike's oldest daughter, Rosie, is both physically disabled and neurodiverse. His goal is to help change the future for Rosie and other disabled people by providing fulfilling, inspiring and pride-filled employment opportunities.

Through Cleanlogic's Purchase to Employ initiative, a portion of sales from every purchase is reinvested to hire and train disabled team members. The brand also includes Braille on every product's packaging to further allow the products to be inclusive and accessible. With the Purchase to Employ initiative as well, the brand is also working to increase employment of disabled individuals by 10% over the next several years.
