Fundraising UPDATE: Due to everyone's incredible generosity, we are increasing our goal and aiming to raise $10,000! Every adult on the team is "fully funded" when they hit $350, so getting everyone to that point is the first goal, and then getting as many people to choose to participate as possible. Thank you for making this our biggest year yet. 

We are raising money for EAC alongside Ellie, a beautiful eleven-year-old girl on the autism spectrum. Ellie is a creative soul who loves music, anything artistic, animals (especially cats, dogs, and axolotls), and anything Disney. She has made significant strides over the years and was non-verbal for nearly half of her life. It has been amazing to watch her grow and cheer her on, while also being aware that it is our job to make sure that a lifetime of supports are there so that she can thrive. There is so much we could say about how much this girl lights up the world and how she has changed us. 

The Roberts family is an active advocate for Ellie and children/families just like them. Alyssa (mom and also a licensed professional counselor) facilitates a weekly parenting/caregiver psychoeducational support group that covers topics like waivers, social skills, puberty, and IEP/504 advocacy. Ellie’s youngest sister has been part of the Infant Brain Imaging Study (IBIS..baby sibling autism study) at CHOP  for the past three years. 

Our commitment is to enhance the lives of those in the autism community through advocacy, research, and lifelong supports.
